With a strong background in strategic planning, fundraising, and corporate partnerships, I bring the experience needed to expand NSBE’s impact and create more opportunities for our members
My vision includes strengthening our advocacy efforts, increasing funding for professional development, and building sustainable partnerships that enhance career growth for members.

Conduct a comprehensive audit of NSBE’s programs, grants, and partnerships to ensure compliance with current policies. Measure alignment with skills development, STEM innovation, and workforce readiness, which remain critical priorities for businesses.

Verb - reinterpret (an event, work of art, etc.) imaginatively; rethink.
Work on brand guidelines and bible for the Society that can expand to support our chapters. Identify alternative funding sources to replace any potential loss of federal or corporate sponsorships. Create a business plan for economic stablilty for the Professionals.
execute
Verb - carry out or put into effect (a plan, order, or course of action).
Double down on storytelling and impact data showcasing NSBE’s success in preparing underrepresented engineers. Develop legal and brand toolkits for chapters to know how to operate. Encourage cross-chapter collaborations to pool resources and sustain mentorship, scholarship, and professional development programs.
